LOCATION- This beach house is in a quiet, well kept neighborhood, but still in the middle of it all. You won’t have to use valuable vacation time driving and looking for parking. You’ll find yourself:
* 3 blocks from the beach and boardwalk
* 5 blocks to boardwalk rides
* 3 blocks to supermarket and drug store
* 2 blocks to park with playground, basketball court, tennis court, skate park and hockey rink

NICEST BEACH ON THE ISLAND- During the day, enjoy the nicest beach on the island. We have the stats to prove it!
* Beach is not too long, not to short, just right. Optimal 400 ft beach width from shoreline to dunes. 7 blocks further south? Almost a half mile with no walkway. 7 blocks further north? Vacationers are packed together on a 100 ft width beach.
* Sturdy, PVC boards for walk from boardwalk to beach.
* Clean, public restrooms 250ft from shoreline
* Shower and foot wash stations on block
