The host let us know the night before that the condo was unoccupied and would be ready early for our stay. The location was very good, only a short walk, one half block on a dead-end street to get to the boardwalk and beach. The condo had everything we needed for a couple's long weekend trip. The facility was well maintained and we met a couple of the owners from the condo group who made us fill welcomed. Would definitely stay again
