Spend your days at the beach, which is just two blocks away, and your nights on the back patio. You'll have a spacious, fenced-in backyard that comes with a shed and BBQ grill. The downstairs has a bright, remodeled sunroom with beautiful picture windows! In addition to the living room and kitchen, the downstairs has a bedroom and full bathroom. There's another three bedrooms and full bathroom on the top floor.

Parking for 2 vehicles is available in the driveway.

Please note we will bring the trash & recycling bins to the curb for you and then take them back to the side of the house once trash & recyclables are collected, so there’s no need for you to do this yourself!
