Once she saw the problem, she changed our room to be closer to the router, and changed a setting on my husband's computer to help him connect. This was a time-consuming matter, and Rita stayed with us the whole time to make things right. Our room was clean and well supplied, and the free breakfast the next morning was a bonus. My suggestion to guest here is to not have breakfast in the downstair smoothie place. The smoothie is made out of some pre-mixed powder and did not strike us to be healthy or tasty. And it is expensive.
