"Check in is always quick and efficient, staff are always helpful and friendly. The room was large, clean and the bed was comfortable, wifi works great, the Yakima restaurant has good food and service is just ok. The bartender was a nice guy but also has to serve guests at the bar and in the lounge and that is too much work load for one person when it’s busy (which is most nights). I was able to check some food into their freezer for the night which is very convenient. We love staying here because it’s so close to the terminal and save time when you have an early morning flight. We sometimes use the concierge and leave our vehicle there this is always easy and they will bring it up and keep it warmed up until you come to pick it up after your flight. "
