"Easy to get to, and easy to get around the area. Staff were pleasant. The pool/spa were popular but we didn't use either. Room very comfortable, bathroom on the small side. Breakfast good, variety of foods. Overall, A pleasant stay."

"Was very quiet and peaceful. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was pretty good - cubed potatoes, French toast, scrambled eggs, sausage patties/links. Very convenient location to visit Legends and Morton amphitheater in Riverside. Which is why I chose this location."

"The hotel is showing wear, but the staff is outstanding. Several little things need to be repaired/replaced, but with a remodel pending those should be handled. I had curdled milk on two separate days! Both containers were well within the best by date. There's a problem somewhere! Missing flatware in our suite. Missing bulbs in the bathroom fixture. Bathroom sink faucet is hard to operate and should be replaced. It's time for the remodel. Can't express strongly enough the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Good folks doing their best with a deteriorating structure."

"Elevator was broken but did not affect us since we were on the first floor. Swimming pool and hot tub were clean and in good shape. Breakfast was well stocked and constantly being cleaned. Friendly staff. Near Walmart and Aldis. Choose to lots of dining. Big room. Nice beds. Prefect location for Kansas City Ren Faire. Lots of free parking. Felt very safe."
