"We were disappointed with the condition of the rental. The entrance to the building was dark and dirty, with an unpleasant odour. The unit did not meet our cleanliness standards. It was over 85°F and very humid upon arrival, as the portable AC units had not been turned on. The living room unit repeatedly shuts off and requires draining hourly.
