"Tons of shops near by. Close to downtown and amenities, we drove as it was cold and snow was still on the ground, cannot comment on walkability. Hotel overall was nice, however no elevators and some parts of the hotel were run down and requiring renovations. Our room had an old leak, discolouration and warping still clearly visible. Some mold noted on the grout in the shower, which made the stay questionable. The USB outlets were very slow... we ended up using our fast charger adapter. Overall, free breakfast was the best part of the entire stay. Convience of not needing to head out first thing in the morning for something was really nice especially when the breakfast was hot and refreshed regularly."

"There was construction going on on my floor. The entire floor smelled of industrial/construction glue which left me with a pounding headache. All of the floors made incredible amounts of noise. I could hear it as I walked down the hall and I could hear it from the floor above me. The room was clean but the bathtub had a stain on it that made me change my mind from a bath to a shower. The continental breakfast was served on styrofoam plates with plastic/wooden cutlery and included terrible coffee and clearly rotting fruit."

"Booked under 2 different conformation # ,should have been seemless but came back the 2nd day was locked out of room had to go to front desk and straighten it out very disappointing never had that problem at other hotels "

"Bed was rock hard , room was dirty, tv didn't work, not the room i asked for. "

"Room was very clean, however, the room had carpet and the smell from the carpet deodorizer was very strong. Would be better to have carpet-free rooms for people with allergies or sensitive smell. Breakfast was good. Plenty of parking. I really like having the laundry room but the washers look very worn out and the dryer filters should be replaced."

"I have stayed at this hotel for the past four years on heading up to pick up my daughter from school rooms are always clean, service is great and parking is easy. My morning breakfast was great, Mary makes some really good breakfast and potatoes. "
