"Excellent place to stay. 1st level rooms have private door to patio that leads to pool tennis courts playground. Very convenient. Restaurant inside hotel. Easy parking. Nurse on site. Everything within walking distance but I drove. Great staff. Big breakfast buffet. Cleanliness 10/10 all areas. Thank you Copantl we enjoyed our stay."

"Breakfast was great and fresh every day. Clean room. Excellent staff and service. I wish I had a room not in front of the pool - noisy, but fun! Also, I recommend that the management have better transport service. Only one person and he didn't even live in the area. There was an unexpected road closure and yet there was no other driver to take me to the airport. He arrived two hours later than scheduled; luckily I was able to make my flight. All was fantastic; just wish I had a quieter room and that they had alternate transport, just in a case. "

Lo que más nos marcó fue el trato fenomenal de todo el personal, siempre atentos, amables y con una sonrisa genuina. Hicieron que la experiencia fuera aún más especial. Mi hijo y mi sobrina se sintieron como en casa, disfrutaron cada momento y eso, como familia, no tiene precio. Y la comida… ¡ufff! 10/10. Cada plato fue una delicia, con sabores increíbles que superaron nuestras expectativas. Definitivamente, una experiencia que repetiríamos sin pensarlo. Totalmente recomendado"
