"Honestly, this trip was not great and I will not stay here again or recommend it. The people/staff were nice I’ll say that and the hotel was majority clean. Parking is crazy . $35 to self park ACROSS from the hotel is insane. The hotel was also insanely busy and had a 15+minute wait time just to use the elevators. The beach was good. However, the pool was completely green. The bar only had 2 servers working so it took almost 2 hours to get 3 drinks which meant we were stuck by the pool that we didn’t even want to use due to it being gross. The drinks were supposed to be frozen but came melted. The waiter told us that she apologized and that we would have a drink on the house which never came neither was it comped from the room. The bell people that help load and unload are helpful. The hotel TV does not stream any streaming services so if you want to watch anything it’s just cable. The room was clean enough. We found a pill on the floor when we came and it smelt like cigarettes. Overall , we just did not have the fun we expected to have. The fridge in the room didn’t work either. For the price you pay, this place is not worth it."

"The staff was very helpful and accommodating, the room was large and spotless. The infuser in the lobby made the experience wonderful the minute I walked in the door by the hotel. A small detail but definitely noticeable I would highly recommend and we'll stay there again"

"I loved the view and location. However our room was not very clean. Beds were nice and fresh but the carpet was really dirty. I mean turned my socks black."

"We paid for ocean view, but our room was right behind a staircase so we could barely see from our room. The pool looked OK. The fridge didn't get below 50°, coffee pot didn't work, no hair dryer, low water pressure, noisy area, and small thin towels. I will try a different place next visit."

"The view n balcony were superb as were the queen beds. The A/C worked well. As for the negative I paid thru you then they charged me again at ck in. Have to wait 5-10 days for reimbursement after ck out. There were bugs in the room n I had to buy a broom to keep floors swept from sand, we only tracked in with r tennis shoe. There was no soap, it’s good I brought my own."

"The property was not as described. Room was very small. Parking was across the street. Very busy intersection. Parking was extra money- $20 per day. The beachfront is extremely crowded. Beachfront is consumed by the Chair and Umbrella service at $50 per day. So, if you have your own beach chairs and umbrella it is very difficult to find a place close to the ocean to set up. I was very disappointed with the overall experience and do not plan to return to this hotel."
