"Berkey himself is a gracious, helpful, and thoughtful host. His communications are excellent and once there, he will be there for you. He attends to details and has pride in this hideaway. It requires a walk up ~40 steep steps but once on top, your are in a beautiful valley with wildlife and jungle sounds. Accommodations are basic but sufficient, if you are looking for an experience more like Dominica than a luxury hotel, Berkey's place is fine. Access to the property is straightforward and...

"Overall we loved it, though it would have been good to know that you can't drive to the hotel if you don't have a proper 4WD as it is located at the end of a long and steep tarished road. Luckily the hotel offers an transport service for the dirty road between 8am and 5pm. They also offer food(preorder only) and drinks at the bar. The staff was very nice and always helpful. Our favourite was the weekday driver. The cottage had a very nice kitchen unfortunately not much utensils in it... Being so...

"We had an incredible stay at this property! Initially, we were supposed to stay in a smaller cottage, but due to a mix-up, we were upgraded to an amazing house, which turned out to be a fantastic surprise. The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and everything was perfect. The highlight was the breathtaking view from the patio—it was truly spectacular. "Horrible Experience – Never Again Our stay was a disaster from start to finish. The internet didn’t work at all. The first room we were given smelled strongly of human waste. The second room was no better—my sister got locked inside the bathroom, and staff had to kick down the door to free her. The food options were extremely limited, tasted terrible, and made my entire family sick with food poisoning. When we raised these issues, the owner offered us extra time at the property as compensation—absolutely not, given everything we went through. This place is unsafe, unsanitary, and completely unprofessional. I would not recommend it to anyone."

"This was my 2nd time staying at Pinard Mountain Resort and it was wonderful. The beautiful views and calm tranquil surroundings made my stay amazing. The staff are warm and welcoming. I was very happy to see Ms. Remy again. She is a beautiful & intellegent young woman and a great asset to the resort. I was very sad to leave but am hopeful to come back and stay again next year.
