"This property was close to the Dunes & quaint. Our room smelled a bit musty when we first walked in, but went away with the AC. We would stay again."

"The hotel was beautiful and we loved the room. We had issues with the breakfast. When we arrived, the eggs were gone and the waffle mix was gone. I asked the lady managing the breakfast if more eggs were being prepared. She said yes and brought them out in about 5-7 minutes. I told her the waffle mix was gone. But it took her about 15 minutes to bring out a new bottle and to swap it out. By that time I found something else to eat and was just about done eating. Meanwhile there were about 10 other people wanting waffles only to find out it was gone. Once she swapped it out a lady started to make waffles in both the waffle irons, so no one else could use them. Then about the time her waffles were done, the breakfast lady took the syrup to the kitchen to refill it. Why she didn't do this earlier, I don't understand. There were limited other options. I ended up eating a bagel with jelly since there was no cream cheese."

"The revolving front door and two of the elevators weren’t operable. The ice machine on our floor was not working either. This made coming and going more challenging than necessary. The room was excellent. It was clean, spacious and very comfortable. The morning breakfast was inconsistent. The first morning, part of the buffet was difficult to access because the foldable walls were extended early. There was also a scramble when they started to shut down the breakfast a few minutes early. The food itself was good and plentiful. The manager’s reception was nice. The bartenders were friendly and efficient. The snacks were limited but didn’t run out. The overall experience was good. These few access points and amenities being addressed would have made it great. A last point, I wish the hotel would have been more forthcoming about the parking charge. I don’t mind paying for parking but was surprised to be chador a self parking surface lot."

"Pasamos una estadía en familia maravillosa en el Four Winds South Bend. Desde nuestra llegada nos sentimos muy bien atendidos. Las habitaciones son cómodas, limpias y perfectas para descansar. El buffet estuvo buenísimo, con mucha variedad y comida deliciosa para todos los gustos. Las instalaciones son agradables y el ambiente es tranquilo y acogedor. Toda la familia disfrutó la experiencia y quedamos muy satisfechos con el servicio. Sin duda volveríamos y lo recomendamos al 100% para disfrutar unos días en familia.”"
