friendly. Property is in need of updating and maintenance. Front window curtain barely closes. No outlet cover under sink. Under sink area needs painting. Curtain on back window is hanging off hooks and rod is leaning on the floor. Grab bar in tub is awkwardly located next to toilet making it hard to get out of tub. Area next to elevator upstairs looks like a construction zone. The original room I booked was not available due to a roof leak - but...
