"This experience was HORRIBLE. The only reason this place was considered was because I had a graduation party to attend there. The party hall was nice. However, the hotel itself was horrendous. The staff was some of the worst I’ve ever come across-specifically the older woman. We had a mix up with the third-party we booked through, Expedia reached out to the hotel and an “Aubrey” answered and tried helping, however the older lady saw this happen and she started yelling at Aubrey that she is unable to help us with this, we just needed a duplicate booking canceled due to a system glitch. Aside from the disgusting service at the front desk, the room was just as nasty. The AC unit was being held together with a paper plate, wires hanging from the ceiling (where the fire alarm should be), bugs everywhere, gunk on the bed and walls, numerous stains on the furniture. When I asked the older lady to switch rooms, she said they were at capacity. I then brought up the room she was refusing to cancel for us and at that point she started threatening to call security on me and have me removed from the property, which wouldn’t have been bad if I wasn’t celebrating a loved one. Also a horrible mildew smell through the whole facility."
