"Personal was very polite, although be aware that if you have a late check-in you should let them know in advance. The hotel is located in a wonderful place in Kvaløya. It is very close to Tromso and just 15 min away from the airport with the bus. From the hotel you can reach the beautiful Ersfjord in 13 min with the bus as well.
