"Casa perfecta en buena ubicación (junto a la autovía) con buen jardín. Tiene cualquier servicio necesario a 5 minutos andando. Se echo de menos algún detalle como un toallero para el lavabo o una bandeja o cesta para colocar los geles y champús en el plato de ducha. También estaría bien algún armario en la cocina para poder guardar la comida que se compra, ya que todos los armarios están llenos de menaje de cocina y no hay hueco para prácticamente nada. "What a beautiful hotel in the best location in Bilbao. We chose the upgrade view and looked directly onto the Guggenheim and … The Puppy! The location is perfect: Guggenheim across the street, Bilbao museum is a 5 minute walk, the funicular is 10 mins and old town is 15-20 mins walk along the riverfront. The hotel is packed with clever art by Javier Mariscal."

"First impressions on arrival were 'Wow this place is very nice' The staff were immediately helpful and spoke excellent English. Our room was spotlessly clean and looks like it's been refurbished recently. The bed firm but comfortable. I didn't watch the TV but a large one is there if you need it. The bathroom is quality, the shower absolutely the best. A proper rain shower, I liked very much. Breakfast was superb, great coffee and everything you could want to eat or drink is there for you to take as much as you like. The location is about 50 metres from the sea front where there is a large beach and lovely easy to swim in section of Atlantic coast. All in all this has been one of the best experiences for holidaying. I hope to return."

"This was a great place to stay for our couple of days exploring San Sebastian. Its just outside the centre but a lovely walk through a pretty park into the centre. We had a basic room which had everything we needed and a lovely bathroom. kettle etc. Pool was really lovely and we also has a really nice lunch in the restaurant. Would go back."

"Hotel immaculate. Staff professional and helpful. Worth the stay just for the room decor. Haven’t laughed so much in years. Electric blinds, hidden cupboards, found controls for window vents. City tour bus stops close by (ask reception) riverside walk to city centre is great if is not too hot. Bus to town options 34 goes from across bridge. Staiton is walking distance. Lidl 10 mins walk. Pool plus decking, bar as per hotel photos."
