"Great hotel, spacious room nicely styled. With bathroom etc being at angles it is quite tricky to navigate in the dark if need to during the night. Spa is a nice feature to have in a city centre location. Staff extremely helpful and friendly would stay again."

"Great-Location across the street from Guggenheim Bilbao. Not so great-our room had a support structure for the building, a square pillar about 5 foot by 5 foot, in the room, separating the two sitting chairs in the room. That meant unable to look at spouse when sitting in the chairs because the pillar blocked the view of each other. The hotel should give us some token discount for having this significant inconvenience, and not cautioning us about it in advance."

"The location was perfect. However the bathroom in our room smelled of mildew.. As a person allergic to mold, it caused a hacking cough throughout our stay— took us a while to figure out why I was coughing so much. Furthermore, the hotel was next door to a gym that began their demonstration/protest - starting at 7:00am - the loud noise of horns and sirens was constant beginning on the day we arrived 4/13 and still going on when we left. NOTE- we checked out before we were supposed to -checking out on 4/19. NOTE: We did mention this to the staff and their response was that they did not know when the protests would and that the demonstrators had the RIGHT to protest. BTW: Our room was right next door to the protests.. I took a video and recorded the loud noise — if you want us to s nd it to you… I’d be more than happy to. Since we left a day before we were supposed to the hotel said that adjustments could not be made due to the fact that we made the reservation through you. FYI- this was a planned with a date of start of the demonstration— would have been nice to receive a Buyer Be Aware notice so we could change hotels."

"The check in was really slow. There was a queue because it was taking so long, took us over half an hour to get checked in and able to access our room."

"Clean and modern property. Nice breakfast. Just be mindful that the property is a bit far out of the main town. "

"Great hotel located within walking distance to the beach. Staff and room was amazing. It was my birthday and when I got back to the room there was an amazing dessert waiting for me with birthday greetings. Very pet friendly. Will stay there again."

"There is little information on coffee room availability. Indeed no in-room tea/coffee facility. On the same theme, you need a Phd to operate the breakfast room coffee machines. "

"Nice hotel and good value for the accommodation. Honestly no need to be in old town or directly adjacent to old town. San Sebastián is small and it’s within a quick and enjoyable 10-15 minute walk to all the things you wanna see and eat. Don’t over pay for the fancy hotels by the water as it’s not worth it. Stay here instead!"
