"This was probably my favorite hotel in the camino portugues! So comfortable and luxurious. Our room was a great size. Our bed was very comfortable, the hotel was unique and interesting. Our bathroom was spa like and I loved the tub after a long day of walking the camino. Very convenient, just off the c amino, and close to restaurants and town. We enjoyed both the indoor and outdoor sitting areas. I would love to come back!"

"This hotel has a fabulous view of the Guggenheim Museum from its excellent rooftop bar. Everything about this hotel was great except for one brusque employee, who for some reason was reluctant to reserve a taxi for us for the next morning. However, all the other employees were polite and helpful, particularly the desk clerk who offered to make us take-away cups of coffee at 4:45 a.m.!"

"4 night stay in October - the wife and I. Really nice hotel - perfect for exploring Bilbao. Location 10/10 as by the footbridge over the Nervion and by the Guggenheim, new town, Bilboats and funicular. We were on the top floor - no views except suites - room 719 was quiet, clean albeit we had the worlds squeakiest bathroom door and were fodder for a ravenous mosquito but soon sorted. Staff, breakfast, reception and bar area 10/10. Tip - pay for breakfast it is tip top! Thanks"

"Very nice hotel, new and clean with a great and very helpful staff. Very walkable but a bit out of the way for the beaches. Very close to the rail station. Food choices are close by but they get better as you walk into town a bit. Nice hot tub in the lower level, steam and sauna are there as well. The pool is small but adequate and nicely situated on the roof of the hotel."
