"Clean room, great staff, and great overall experience. Only negative was the hot tub was broken on the Saturday that we stayed so we only got to use it on Friday. Sadly they didn’t open the fire pit on Saturday either which was a real bummer, since we never got to enjoy it."

In addition, the lobby and common areas were very welcoming for families with kids, offering a great selection of games and books that kept my children entertained. Last but not least, the staff made us feel right at home—especially Jasmine, who truly went above and beyond by helping us set up Christmas gifts with our kids on Christmas Eve."
