Northern Vietnam Hotel Guide - Hotels with Connecting Rooms in Northern Vietnam, Vietnam

Staff of the hotel very nice, great location.

If you want a 5 star hotel experience stay here. From the moment we arrived our every need was looked after. Paula wasn’t feeling too well one morning and Benny in the dining room went out of his way getting herbal drinks for her and even sending some to our room that night. Thomas and Jeremy and the staff at the front desk made sure we knew where we were going and on our return would have drinks ready for us , much appreciated in the heat. A big thank you to all the staff.

Top notch hotel well located. Perfect for business or a city break. Staff were incredible

Very pleasant stay in Sa Pa, hotel offers great value for money. Would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful one night stay at this hotel. Our room was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The reception team were very welcoming, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is ideally located in the old quarter. We enjoyed our experience so much that we decided to book another stay for when we return to Hanoi at the end of our trip.

Very helpful staff

The friendly staff, the information about Hanoi, excellent breakfast

The cruise was amazing and very well organised from the moment we booked until we checked out and got to our next hotel. All the staff was very courteous and helpful, always smiling and always with a quick response to our needs. The transfers were very smooth, Tracy organized the transfers for us, we want to thank her especially for helping with the transfer to TAm Coc, she booked a bus for us which was a nice minivan with comfortable seats, similar to the transfer from HAnoi, which dropped us...

Excellent stay
