Sleeps 10 only with inflatable queen on living room floor. Easy to find house with plenty of parking, 1.25 acres of property, and outdoor tent with seating. Located directly adjacent to the town park with basketball and tennis courts, soccer and baseball field, and play equipment for the little ones. Minutes from multiple vineyards, dining and downtown village. Water company hiking trail access from adjacent park. Only 15 minutes to New Haven , 20 minutes to beaches, multiple state parks within 15-25 minutes.

Anthony is an excellent host. This beautiful, and well appointed, home is a pleasure to stay at. This is my second stay and I look forward to many more. My two dogs love being able to run in the spacious backyard - which also features a canopy covered entertainment/relaxation area...where I sat and enjoyed my morning coffee.

Wonderful House

We stayed here for 3 weeks while waiting for our home to be ready, and it was a wonderful stay. The house is so comfy, beautiful park and trails, and the backyard is loads of fun. Amazing host who responds immediately and is very kind. 100% recommend!

My family and I had a wonderful week long stay at this beautiful cozy home. Plenty of amenities in the house to make everyone happy. The convenience of 3 bathroom with a large family was wonderful. Relaxing Home Away from Home

My husband and I (and our three rescue dogs) enjoyed our stay in Northford. There was plenty of space inside and out. Besides some Wi-Fi connectivity interruptions, we had no issues. Would definitely recommend.

This was a great house! Everything was really nicely decorated and clean. He had big TVs in every room with AC. There was even a great outdoor space which I enjoyed just as much as the house. I would definitely stay here again. You will not be disappointed!

Wish we could have stayed longer!

We stayed for a short couple of days during a rode trip to pick up our daughter from camp. It was a very comfortable and relaxing break from the road and was home away from home. The owner was amazing in communication and even left the lights on for us as we got in late the first night. We just wish we could have stayed longer and been able to enjoy more of the area and what the property had to offer.

Great choice for families!

I stayed at the house with my adult children and family. It was a great setup. Fully functioning kitchen, we cooked a lot. Plenty of areas to lounge, watch tv and play games. The outside area was cool with a big tv, fans and a pretty yard. Not one to miss.

Anthony’s home was perfect for our group! We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor space the most! Didn’t have any issues with mosquitos at night in the outdoor “living room” which made it so easy to spend time out there. The popcorn machine and beverage fridge were a hit too! Spent lots of time in the yard! Indoor space and floor plan was clean and great too. We plan to be back!

This totally exceeded our expectations and made a wonderful day even better. We came in the day before my baby shower to prep. The kitchen had everything we could have needed and then some. The beds were super comfy, with large tvs in each room. Everything was so clean and well organized and the host was great. The crowning jewel was the backyard space where we held the baby shower. We had plenty of space to layout the food, with power to accommodate the few crockpots used. There was plenty of spacious seating to accommodate everyone and even had the firepit going by night's end. Did I mention the variety of charging cords for both iphones and droids? That definitely came in handy. So glad we chose this location and would absolutely stay again.

Terry's Birthday

We had a wonderful stay at this property. We had relatives staying with us, and a group of Terry's friends all celebrating her 90th birthday. We had a great time, and lots of people let us know how much they liked the house. Anthony had decorated for the season (tree and ribbons) in a very tasteful manner. Comfortable Stay

We were in town for two nights, visiting with my son and his fiance. This home was a fun place to hang, have dinner, play games, and watch TV. We were with our small dog and appreciated the big yard as well as the park next door. The location worked out great for us. And we picked food (a breakfast and a dinner) at Kiki's Grab and Go - just .2 miles down the road. This home would be an awesome place for a large family or gathering. Excellent communication with Anthony. We had a great visit.

Our Connecticut wedding stay

This cozy, updated house was exactly as described. It was perfect for our little band of 5 cousins, with a location that made it easy to reach the different venues. The kitchen is large and serviceable, and there were some nice touches (like coffee pods, a toaster, different size Ziplock bags, etc). The living room is perfect for watching movies with the multiple reclining chairs and the big screen TV.. There is a large beautiful yard with a grill for cooking outdoor. Antonio does a great job maintaining this property. Thanks for the stay!

Honestly the best VRBO we have ever stayed at. VERY well stocked. All kitchen needs,bathroom needs, tv’s in all rooms. roomy, comfortable , great location, Anthony did not forget a thing in his home to accomdate guest needs. Awesome Dbl air mattress if needed. Whatever u could need for a easy vaca Anthony has it. Great outdoor areas, a park(basketball/tennis/soccer etc) literally right next store (almost can be considered part of the property). Anthony is a very quick communicator. Very much enjoyed our stay. kudos Anthony . will def return when in area.
