"front desk was the only staff i encountered and she was very nice and accomodating. There were two light bulbs out of five over the sink that were dark. The room was fine, but it's hard to believe that two failef as I checked in. It wasn't a big deal. "

"Breakfast was nice! The day we had breakfast, the pancakes were pretty dry/bland. Not much of a variety to choose from. But that’s ok, as there was lots of great food amenities nearby. A lot of walkable stores to go to as well. The room itself was comfy, cozy & quiet. They had a little table furniture for eating on, the one in the living room area was broken/ sitting sideways, so when my daughter went to place her food on top to use, it completely fell over! So that was unfortunate. The beds were super comfy! It felt like being wrappped in a cloud. We had a lot of trash being a big family, so I wish there was extra trash bags in the room to use. Staff was friendly & very helpful! Letting us have a late checkout as my husband was having a work meeting inside the hotel until 4pm. it is very much appreciated! Over all, the hotel is very clean, cozy, & nice! Home away from home. We would very much stay here again in the future when we are in the area. "
