"The hotel is decent, but not for the amount of money that they charged. The pool was broken so I couldn’t use it. There is a smell throughout the entire hotel that isn’t pleasant. Most definitely in need of renovation. Breakfast was decent, but very typical"

"To start with, I booked the room 3 weeks in advance, we were suppose to have a 2 queen bed room. We get there and they have us down for a 1 king room with pullout sofa, turns out they gave our room away to the team Alabama is playing in the super regional baseball game. Didn’t notify us or anything. There were 4 of us in the room, the pullout is big enough for 1 person, so my daughter wound up sleeping in the floor. Not enough towels in the room, the room isn’t built for 4, they made us bring the used towels down before they gave us more. Then we go down on day 2 to ask for more towels, they had 1 towel left that’s it. Again there’s 4 of us in this room with 1 towel now. Absolutely rediculous how this place was ran during our 3 night stay. It was one thing after another. Probly won’t stay at any more courtyards again, and possibly the whole Marriott system. For the price you pay, you should at least get the room you booked and clean towels. Terrible stay"

"It's in a convenient location, but that was really the only perk. The photos misrepresent the state of the room(s), which have seen better days. For example, the luggage rack was pitted with rust stains. The sheet cover for the pull-out sofa bed was stained. In general, the room felt like it needed a good scrub down. I was significantly disappointed, seeing as the cost per night is grossly inflated during graduation weekend. I feel the price I paid was not worth the state of the room, especially for just a one-night stay. I wouldn't return."

"The owner’s communication was great throughout the whole stay - texting to say we could get in earlier if needed, checking on us once we were in, and allowing a later checkout due to our plans changing slightly. The house was great and had everything you would need away from home. Our dogs enjoyed the large yard and the fenced back porch. Great stay!"

"This property is fantastic for multi-family gatherings. While it is nestled in an established neighborhood, it still felt secluded. Everything was neat and the house was stocked with all the things needed for an enjoyable stay. We had a great time using the kayaks and paddle boards, using the hot tub, and grilling. The lake was perfect for short excursions. At night we sat around the fire pit, had s'mores, and campfire singalongs. It was a great stay to unplug and have good family time, with enough space to spread out if needed. Publix is less than a mile away, as well as a playground/walking trail. Tanner responded quickly and checked on us throughout the stay. Check in and check out was super easy. I highly recommend!"
