The Cottage has amazing views and room to accommodate a large group. Dine out on the oversized deck, lay back in the hammock, relax by the fire pit or in hot tub as you take in the water views from the private pointe! All ages will enjoy the gentle slope to the waters edge, perfect for swimming, with kayaks and paddle boards provided.

No Parties: Parties and unauthorized events are strictly prohibited in all of our homes. Guests disregarding this policy will be evicted with no refund.

No smoking: All of our properties are non-smoking. Strict penalties and fines are applied to guests who do not comply.

Rental agreement: A rental agreement must be digitally signed AND before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection.
