"My son, who was traveling from Connecticut to Washington state, and had an emergent situation happen with his car 19 miles east of Super 8 by Wyndham Blue Earth. I am located in Northern ID and there was NO way to get to him as most flights were canceled due to a big storm. I had to get my son to safety and Super 8 was the first hotel that did not dismiss my call. Nicole answered my call, helped me get my son a room, and Nicole helped with getting the best rate.
