Luxury Ocean Front Beach House
10/10 Excellent
"We had a week here and thoroughly enjoyed it. The house is spectacular, completely private with a wonderful view out over Tatamagouche Bay. The kitchen has every amenity you can think of, plus. We were particularly tickled to find the outdoor shower and never even used the ones inside! And Trevor is so friendly and was great about answering all our questions and responding quickly. Our only disappointment was the "beach," which isn't really ideal for either swimming, walking or kayaking (which is why we rented there). It's all slippery rocks and shallow very far out. But gorgeous Blue Sea Beach is a few minutes' drive away and heaven for swimming and walking. Overall an excellent stay, very quiet and peaceful. Oh and we saw a whole bunch of seals sunning themselves on the rocks at low tide, bonus!"
Unwind by the Sea at The Salty Pearl: Your Charming Coastal Log Cottage
10/10 Excellent
"The cottage was very clean, well appointed and in a lovely, quiet location. A special thank you to Lorena and Amy, who clean and look after the rental. They were both very friendly and welcoming. Lorena went beyond her job requirements in resolving a minor issue for us. As well, thank you to both of them for ensuring that the rental property was inviting and very clean. We would not hesitate to recommend this rental property."
Escape to Tranquility at The Sandy Pearl: A Cozy Log Cottage Retreat
10/10 Excellent
"The cottage was lovely and very well outfitted! The bunk room felt like a proper bedroom. We only found one of the two paths down to the beach and it was on the far end of the property from our location. Overall we were very happy with the cottage and would definitely book again. "
"Basic and clean. Needs some outside maintenance like weeding. It’s a few garbage cans for the washrooms but overall it served the purpose. A hot tub would make it a completely different property."
