"Host was super responsive. Cabin was brand new and in excellent shape. Very nice, thoughtful decor. Driveway quite steep but doable. Access to the lake is quite a long walk away from the house, as the only drawback. Otherwise a lovely place and would highly recommend!"

"We had a wonderful stay. The property was lovely. It was well kept, clean and organized. It felt peaceful. The only thing I would suggest is to add to the listing that though pets are welcome they aren't allowed to be left unattended in the cabin. This is certainly understandable since some people don't train their pets. However, not being able to do so limited what we could do on a few days. Also listing a puppy day care in the welcome binder as an option for days renters would like to venture...

"This is my friend and my third time coming to the ADK region for vacation in the fall-this is by far our best experience yet. Joe not only sent an email with the check in process but also made sure I received it and had his cell phone number for any issues. The cabin was spotless and cozy- the little touches of decorations/candles gave it a very welcoming feel. The area was beautiful, so many places to hike and explore! It was great to have a fire by the river in the evenings and a cup of coffee...

"Directly on the lake, you can walk out onto your own private peninsula, fish (I caught two bass in ten minutes), or just enjoy the lounge chairs or couples swing while gazing at the pristine lake or soaking up the fire we made in the brand new fire pit. "Very beautiful and unique hilltop house. The views from up there are incredible. Quiet and cozy. We ran into a small issue with some wildlife, but the owners answered my call and did all they could to take care of it immediately. Very responsive and helpful owners."

"We absolutely loved this little cabin! It was perfect for our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 children). We were in Saratoga for a soccer tournament and this was the perfect place to relax in between games and overnight. The hosts were amazing, left us the nicest welcome basket and equipped the cabin with everything we would need (flashlights, wood for the fire, coffee K-cups). We will definitely use this property again if in the area!"

"We had such a great stay at this property. Unfortunately the weather did not cooperate and it rained the whole time we were visiting. At the end of a long day of sight-seeing it was so nice to come home to a cozy spot. Everything about the listing is spot on, so many little comforts provided by the hosts - coffee pods, linens, towels, welcome bottle of local sparkling water. "My husband I stayed for a long weekend. Location was close enough to town if you wanted to be out and about but perfect to also pour a glass of wine and stay in. The cabin was clean and had all the essentials you would need. Would definitely recommend!"
