"I was greeted by the FD agent with a friendly personal welcome to the hotel and ready to check me in. He was very through and hit all the points he should have. I believe the manager on duty came out and welcomed me. This was very refreshing for a mid-level hotel. I work for a luxury hotel company but do not stay at luxury hotels. My wife and I do not like all the fluff. For us it is all about a place that is friendly, safe, sleep, shower and go the next day. Your hotel hit all those point we needed.
