"I want to be completely transparent & thorough about my experience. As it relates to location, if you’re coming from out of town please be aware that if you’re staying within the city limits “the hood” is everywhere. Gentrification is taking place all over the city so it’s completely normal to see really nice homes surrounded by very old homes. So don’t be alarmed when you see the neighborhood. I’m from Houston so it didn’t bother me at all. It’s a gated home, we all felt safe. The home is beautiful and spacious and was perfect for what I needed it for, which was a Pj party for my 30th. Everyone loved the home. My only complaint was that the AC downstairs failed and dropped the air to 78 degrees. And there was nothing that could be done about it. I reached out to the host but there wasn’t any suggestions or anything that could be done. I didn’t stress about it but it would be my only complaint. However if my guest amount was larger and my stay was longer I would’ve been a little unhappy. Outside of that I loved the home & if needed again I would rent or recommend "
