"Hotel manager, that was the only room they had left on the first floor and I’m disabled so I was not a bolt to go in any other Upstairs location. Also, the smell of the room was a color of cat urine and there’s a huge hairball in the back of the door. The bathroom there was bubblegum on the headboard. It was pretty horrible. I called to talk to them about it and nobody called me back."

"We were in town just for the day. I’ve been wanting to stay at this hotel for a while and this was a perfect opportunity. The pool looked so great and the restaurant and bar looked so fun. Next time I will stay at least a couple of days to enjoy everything the hotel has to offer."

"We enjoyed our first visit to the Plaza. Loved the decor and its history. Our room was well appointed, clean and stylish. The bar and restaurant were lovely, but we really enjoyed the rooftop bar. Thanks to Josh for taking such great care of us! We’ll definitely look forward to our next visit. "
