"During a brief weekend stay with 4 family members I would like to give a HUGE shout out to ALL Staff at this Wyndham Airport Hotel in El Paso, Texas. Being the first trip to such a welcoming and hospitable city, we were not only made to feel welcomed but also, this property saved our trip!!"

"One of the front desk ladies was very helpful and kind. Everyone else we spoke to was less than helpful. We had to ask for more towels several times. They were finally delivered hours later at 1:30 in the morning with a jarring knock on the door."

"MY ROOM WAS CANCELED WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE AND THEN THEY HAD THE NERVE TO TELL ME THAT THERE WAS NOTHING THAT THEY CAN DO. THEN THEY WERE TRYING TO SELL THE ROOM FOR OVER $500 DUE TO SPECIAL EVENTS HAPPENING IN THE CITY. I WAS LEFT WITH NO ACCOMMODATIONS AND HAD TO SCROUNGE TO FIND SOMETHING LAST MINUTE."

"We booked early for the bts concert. They did NOT cancel our room. They did NOT try to modify our rates to get more money. Just running a quality motel and not trying to screw people over to make more money from patrons that already booked business with them. Will definitely stay here again and again."

"Overall very great place to stay at. Close to everything!! The only complain for me was toilet seat needed to be replaced it looked old/dirty. Other than that highly recommend. "
