"Had a wonderful stay at the fleetwing guest house. Beautiful restoration of an 1800' s stable house, still has original flooring. Very clean, nice beds, big upstairs room for families. Easy bike ride to beach or downtown shops and restaurants, and had a nice night sitting by the fire pit in a private back yard. Property owner was very prompt and helpful with any questions, will definitely be back!"

"Nice access to hiking, biking, beach, entertainment. It's clearly a new rental property and they're figuring out some small things. It's not mentioned in the listing but they have huge garage with small add-on garage. It's cool and shady in the heat and nice and dry and airy during the rains. It made a great place to do bike maintenance and tuning before heading out on the trails. I just had to grad the broom and sweep out some cobwebs."

"The house has been completely renovated, with modern touches throughout, while maintaining its original charm. Plenty of space for a family get together near the beach. It it centrally located on Cape Cod which allowed us to visit beaches on the north and south side of the Cape. The neighborhood is quiet and the property itself is very well maintained with plenty of outdoor seating if you want to retreat from the crowds while still enjoying the beautiful weather. "We had a wonderful stay at this house. The house is spacious, plenty of room for adults and kids to spread out and have their own space. House has all the amenities. Master bedroom with the views is amazing. And the bed in master suite was supremely comfortable! In addition to the quiet and peaceful home, you have amazing lake access. A small private beach area with a hammock by the water yo simply take it all in. Wonderful stay with incredibly responsive owners!"
