"A Mixed Experience The reception staff at the front desk were very nice and welcoming when we arrived. We booked a room with two double beds and accessibility access, and everything seemed good at first. Unfortunately, we had an issue when we tried to use the shower. It was not working properly. We informed the front desk, but there was no maintenance staff available at the time. The gentleman at reception kindly offered to move us to another room. We had to pack all of our belongings, go back downstairs, and wait for the new room to be ready. When we arrived in the new room, it was smaller than we expected. However, we decided to accept it because we did not want to go through the process of moving rooms again. Unfortunately, the shower in the new room also had very weak water pressure. It took me a long time to wash my hair, which was quite inconvenient. Aside from the shower issues and the inconvenience of having to change rooms, everything else about our stay was good. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and we appreciated their effort to resolve the problem. I hope the hotel can improve the shower and water pressure in the rooms, especially for guests who require accessibility features."

"The facility was very nice and clean. It's conveniently located near the Paycom Center which is where the concert was held. Everything was pleasant except for the two ladies working the front desk. They both seemed irritated that we were there. They never smiled at all but the woman working the later shift wad very kind and welcoming."

"The staff was very friendly, overall experience was good, breakfast was good room was nice good Aircon even had a nice sitting chair, great WiFi my only issue was with the shower diverter valve its a pull type and the water pressure was low in the shower, other than that I liked this hotel I would give 7 out of ten stars, I will stay here again."
