"Nice,clean and quite. Only negative is the reclining couch is very hard to recline or put back down it would be nice if that was fixed but that's not a deal breaker for me I have stayed there 4 different times."

"I was happy with my rooms. I stayed in a double queen and a single king during my stay. Because I had to extend my stay I needed to change rooms. Didn't take advantage of the breakfast, so I couldn't give you a review about that. Staff was very pleasant. Television had lots of channels. Air conditioner was very noisy but worked fine for both cold and hot."

"The house was absolutely perfect for our family...only 8 stayed the nights, but family was able to gather there because it was near to the wedding venue at Burdoc Farms. The property and the view are spectacular with acres of grass and horses and sheep. The kitchen could be better stocked with a few spices for cooking but, other than that, the house was great."

"We stayed here because my son got married at Burdoc Farms Oct 17th, 2026. The house was so cute, very clean and about 10 minutes from the venue. Any messages I sent to Phyllis, she got back to me promptly. The only downside was we would get back so late from setting up/wedding that it was too chilly to enjoy the front/back porch and gaze at all the stars. It’s just over a 2 hr drive (from Louisville) so if I needed a quick weekend reset, this would be the perfect quiet place to unwind."

"Adorable place! From the cozy living room to the comfortable bed. Very thoughtful on putting it together for people to rent. Had coffee and refreshments! I forgot my toothbrush and they even had one! I will definitely stay here again"

"Everything was nice and clean The staff was hospitable. The bed was very comfortable. I slept soundly. Got to watch a South Park marathon all week. The only minor critique is the price was a bit high and I would’ve preferred if they had a spa or hot tub. I skipped the breakfast because I had my own food but l’m sure it was nice."

"Very nice place !!!!! Beautiful scenery !!!! Great fishing !!!!!!! I have stayed here 4 times altogether , and every time it always comes through for the amazing vaca !!!!!! Great relaxing place if you like nature and privacy!!!!"
My Old Kentucky Home! Restful Log cabin retreat..

"Checking was easy. Cabin is located in a beautiful Serene country setting.Cabin was clean.Host was very easy to communicate with.Only thing, all bedrooms are upstairs. The stairway is steep with no handrails. Not ideal for any one with mobility issues .Not really a complaint. Just be aware9/10"
