"This house is in excellent condition. My grandchildren loved playing in the loft. The screened in room was a wonderful refuge from the family chias. We all loved the beach and the canoe. I can’t say enough about our vacation here."

"It was lovely to see so many stars and listen to the stream. We also enjoyed the fire in the wood stove (although we had to stoke it every couple hours). The bed was very comfortable. The walk up in the snow was more strenuous than we expected. Next time we'll pack as if for a hiking trip. We'll also stay for more than one night so we can explore the hiking trails."

"Thank you for a great long weekend in Maine. Half of our family enjoyed skiing at Mt. Pleasant for a day when the other half of our family cross country skied at king pine. We were able to snow shoe locally at Pondicherry park in Bridgton too and were able to use your snow shoes that were provided at the house. Thank you! "We came up to get our kids (4&6) skiing at pleasant mountain. Location was convenient and well priced for a very low key long weekend. House had what we needed including games and puzzles. We were able to get out and explore both bridgton and North Conway easily. We spent little time outside on the property with some wet weather but imagine that would have upped the experience another notch."

"We booked this location, because we wanted to go to the Fryburg Fair and North Conway Outlets. It was just 20 minutes from Fryburg and 40 minutes from North Conway. In the evenings we sat out on the patio and checked out the foliage at the Pond. There was an extra friendly neighborhood dog that stopped by for a quick visit."

My wife and I had a bedroom downstairs and our girls shared the upstairs bedroom. They loved having the “entire” upstairs to themselves. The kitchen has all new appliances and was well stocked. "Jonathan's property on Sand Pond is well equipped, clean, and comfortable. The location had a wonderful remote feel to it, although it was only a short drive to the adorable town of Norway. We highly recommend a stay at this property"

"This is an ideal location for a fun getaway for any season. Plenty of room for a large/extended family. While there is a road between the house and lake it didn’t detract from the experience at all. Pro tip, in cooler seasons turn on the ceiling fans to push the warmer air down. Otherwise the main room will feel cold. The dock is slightly off level and a couple doors don’t latch completely but those are just signs of a well loved camp."
