The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Place all towels in the tub. We spot clean sheets, no need to strip the bed.
Do not leave dirty dishes in the sink. Kindly load the dishwasher and run. (Pods are provided under the sink). There is a $100.00 charge for dirty dishes left in the sink.
Turn off all lights and fans. Remember to leave the key card for pool/spa/gym access. (A $50 charge will be incurred for unreturned key card.)
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Great Weekend Getaway

My wife and I were looking for a spontaneous weekend getaway and this turned out to be a great place for us. The villa was clean, well organized, and cozy. Coffee on the porch in the morning, and the ability to use the sauna in the clubhouse were nice touches. Christine was very proactive in her communication and helpful with our stay. We would come back!

Cozy, Clean, Quiet Getaway

We appreciated the cleanliness of Christine’s studio, and her kindness and thoughtfulness! We didn’t need to bring anything except the food we wanted to eat. The space was nicely appointed with the small kitchen tools for a variety of meals. The clubhouse amenities take this listing to the next level. Highly recommend!

My daughter and I had a great time staying here this past weekend. It was clean, comfortable, newly updated and safe! We could tell that the host thought of every detail to make our stay better and she was also very responsive when we had questions. I would definitely stay here again!

Excellent stay!

Amazing host who was very quick to respond to all our questions. Accommodations were comfortable and well-equipped for anything you may need. The pool and hot tub were great! I also enjoyed just sitting on the deck in the morning. I would highly recommend!
