"We never touched the alarm, but the alarm in our room was set for 4am …. Of course it startled us awake and we couldn’t figure out how to shut it off so we unplugged it …. unfortunately we had thought we unplugged it, but actually there were so many plugs and long cords behind the nightstand we had actually unplugged the lamp and then the dang alarm went off again at 5:00 AM. Needless to say we were not happy!!"
