- The Apartment is a comfortable 1-bedroom apartment with a complete kitchen and living area. It is located within a gated, beach-side community with direct beach access to surfing, swimming, beach walks and breath-taking sunsets. Enjoy the pool and yoga on the covered deck while watching howler monkeys, exotic birds and other interesting wild-life. The parking, pool and laundry room are shared among the apartment and the main house when both are reserved independently.
