"We absolutely loved this guesthouse! We stayed there for 5 nights in May and it was lovely! The location is great - in a quiet neighborhood just a few blocks away from the historical district (an easy walk and we felt safe walking at night). The room was comfortable and clean and the breakfast buffet was delicious!! We loved the warm cake served every afternoon at 5pm - what a treat! The staff were friendly and helpful. The location, the staff, breakfast, even famous people such as Maria Bethania, Petra Gil, Vanessa da Mata, The prince, other artists and actors have stayed at this hotel. Very peaceful. Special shoutout to Felipe who helped us from day 1, Alessandra, Kauan, Giovanni and one lady that cleaned our room, gave us back things we forgot like a watch, she was genuine enough to let us know we have forgotten things in the room :)...
