"The room was clean and we felt safe. However, the room was very muggy and the AC was minimal help with that. The TV was glitchy, it was very difficult to watch a show. The outlets were very loose so plugs fell out. There were no screens on the windows to help with the heat/humidity issue—when we opened the windows bugs came in."
