２００年の歴史ある宿で、和風の雰囲気を味わえることを期待した。
おおむね期待通りの雰囲気の宿だった。
趣のあるお堂や庭があるので、夜間にライトアップするともっと良くなると思った。
・課題
今回はエクスペリアで予約したが、そもそも石屋に連絡が行っていなかった。
IT系が苦手なのかもしれないが、金沢市を含めインバウンドや観光に力を入れる以上言い訳にはならない。
若いスタッフがいなくても宿泊客との接点を予約サイトに任せて、十分な確認が取れない体制になっているのは問題といえる。
ITに振り回されるのではなく、宿がITを利用しているという意識をもって取り組んでいただきたい。

お風呂の泉質 も良かったです。
建物は古いですが、お部屋はリニューアルされていたので綺麗でした。"
