"Check in communication was great and it was easy to park the car.Due to recent snow fall it was possible to ski in and out which was a bonus. Unfortunately on arrival we found that the previous guests had left parts of the apartment uncleaned and the concierge had missed this. "One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The breakfast is great and has everything you need. There’s a coffee machine in reception that you can use 24/7. There’s also filtered water in reception so you don’t have to buy bottled water constantly. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is spotless. The spa is also great - especially after days of running. The location is perfect. Right in the centre but there’s no noise. We will be coming back to Chamonix next year and will be booking this hotel again. "
