Appartement très confortable et très bien équipé. Literie et insonorisation excellentes. Accueil très chaleureux Idéalement bien placé par rapport aux pistes et commerces tout en étant dans un secteur écarté de la circulation.

Un chalet et une hôtesse très agréables

Nous avons passé 15 jours dans le chalet de Béatrice, accompagnés de notre chien, et avons tous les trois été très bien accueillis. La location est idéalement située dans le village de Notre Dame, avec une très belle vue sur le mont Charvin, et un jardin, suffisamment grand! Impatients de remettre le couvert l'année prochaine!

Super ambiance village loin des usines à ski

J'ai pu apprécier cette location en été (Juillet 2016) et pour la semaine du nouvel an 2017. Le gite se trouve à moins de 100 mètres des commerces et à 50 mètres des remontées mécaniques. Sa localisation est parfaite d'autant plus que situé dans un endroit très calme. Le jardin est un "plus" pour les familles avec enfants. Le gite dispose de tout l'équipement nécessaire pour passer une excellente semaine de vacance en famille. Le contact avec la propriétaire Mme Giguet est parfait. Toujours à l'écoute et disponible pour conseiller les meilleurs endroits à visiter ou autres ballades. En été: c'est pas les activités qui manquent: Lac de Flumet, ballades, Rando, activité multi-sport aux saisies, panorama exceptionnels au Mont Lachat, Mont Bissane ou au plan des fours. En hiver: Domaine skiable abordable, adapté aux débutants et aux fan de glisse dans les sentiers tracés au milieux des forets: Que du bonheur!

Appartement chaleureux au pied des pistes

Nous avons passé une belle semaine de Noël dans ce gite situé au calme et au pied des pistes. Le gîte est chaleureux et bien équipé, notre chien a pu également profiter du beau jardin. Le manque de neige en station n'enlève en rien le charme de ce beau village, ski, randonnée, et bons restaurants. Merci à Mme Jiguet pour son accueil, nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

super sejour

sejournant en été durant 15 jours, le gite est idealement situé pour parcourir les alentours ( Saisies, Aravis, Megeve, ) et avons decouvert Annecy, Chamonix tout ceci grace à MME JIGUET, très agréable et serviable qui nous a conseillé sur les sites à voir. Appartement très propre et agréable que nous conseillons aux couples même avec enfants

Soleil et belle vue

Nous avons été ravis de notre séjour dans l'appartement de la Licorne .Le chalet est très bien situé à quelques minutes à pied du centre du village. il est très confortable,très propre et bien chauffé avec une vue magnifique sur les Aravis lorsqu'il faisait beau , je l'avais choisi pour pouvoir dessiner après le ski, et je n'ai pas été déçue.L'accueil de Béatrice était chaleureux, elle nous a initié aux raquettes avec de belles promenades en montagne. Nous n'avions pas de voiture mais cela ne nous a pas manqué du tout : petit bémol les navettes n'étaient pas très nombreuses pour monter au départ des pistes de raquettes, et on pourrait suggérer quelques navettes pour le Crest -Voland, et autres stations environnantes.Il y avait tout ce qu'il fallait dans le super marché tout près .Nous pourrions recommander cette adresse à un ami.

Parfaitement situé...

...près des pistes et des commerces tout en étant très tranquille car situé dans un lotissement tres calme. Une très belle vue sur la chaîne des Aravis. L'appartement est très fonctionnel et bénéficie de tout le confort necessaire (Tv, micro ondes, lave vaisselle, etc.) Un rafraîchissement général de l'appartement (notamment de la salle de bains) permettrait à ce dernier de gagner sa 5eme étoile. Merci à Béatrice, la propriétaire, pour sa gentillesse et son accueil. Nous y retournerions avec plaisir !

Ma famille et moi avons particulièrement apprécie de résider au gîte la Licorne a Notre-Dame de bellecombe. Le logement est très bien équipée et bien située (au pied des piste et a cote des commerce tout en étant au calme , on se retrouve comme à la maison

Un beau séjour au coeur des Alpes

Idéalement située cette location a été le point de départ de nombreuses randonnées et escapades en montagne. Nous avons été très bien conseillés par Béatrice la propriétaire qui connait parfaitement sa région et qui est toujours prête à en parler. La location est très bien équipée. La terrasse est sympa et bien ensoleillée. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. A conseiller à tous.
