Bienvenue dans ce chalet aux portes de la forêt Ouareau, à 1h30 de Montréal. Un havre de paix alliant le charme rustique et le confort moderne sur la pointe bordée par la rivière Ouareau et le Lac Blanc.

Sur un immense terrain sont disposés plusieurs bâtiments : le chalet principal et sa véranda en extension, le solarium au cœur du jardin, et une éventuelle 3e chambre derrière le garage, le tout entouré d'arbres. Irez-vous vous prélasser sur la plage, faire un feu auprès de la fontaine, manger face à la rivière, pêcher, vous baigner ou naviguer, vous détendre dans le spa et vous réchauffer auprès du foyer?

De nombreux sentiers de randonnée sont a moins de 10mn du lieu, notamment le Sentier des Contreforts et le secteur du Pont Suspendu, 3 montagnes skiables a moins de 20mn : La Réserve, Val-Saint-Come et le Mont Garceau! Et si vous êtes adeptes de ski de randonnée, le Secteur Grande Ourse vous accueillera sur ses pistes boisées et de nombreux spots méritent d’être découverts dans la région. Les kayakistes ne seront pas déçus, 8km de rivière et de rapides vous attendent a partir du Lac Ouareau jusqu’à la plage du chalet! Et plus de 80 voies d'escalade attendent les plus téméraires sur les parois du Lac Blanc et des lacs Castor!
Si vous possédez une motoneige, un VTT ou une motocross, plus de 150km de pistes partent du Restaurant du Lac Blanc au bout de la rue pour couvrir cette superbe région de Lanaudière. Bienvenue au paradis!

A piece of paradise
I can't thanks Fabien enough for letting me and my family have such an amazing vacation week. It all went perfect since day 1 of the booking. Clear, polite and straightforward communication with quick replies to all my questions. A detailed and well organized brochure of the property with all the needed information was provided prior to our arrival. Not to mention the place itself. The cottage is lovely. Neat and clean. Very well equipped with all resources a family might need to feel like home. Comfortable rooms all over. Also, they do have a great taste for decor. Thoughtful details all over the place make it even more beautiful. Now, the entertainment the place has to offer is a show apart. An indoor solarium with a dining table and a grill for us to enjoy during both hot and cold weather. A playroom outside with plenty of games and movies for us to enjoy in a comfortable couch. A MAGICAL sanctuary with a firepit and a small lake for us to appreciate while reading, meditating, having a cup of tea or a good beer. A hot tub ready to be used and a fantastic backyard with a perfect temp river for us to enjoy and relax. We would definitely recommend Fabien's place and would love to be able to come back.
