Breakfast was simple, and some hot food was cold and we needed to ask for dishes, spoons etc. The room was dark with noisy aircon. No bathroom tissues (!) and no hot water in the bathroom (!). However it was fixed after a call to the reception. But do they check the room when making the room ready for next guest? I don't think so. Two coffee cups but no electric kettle, so how to make hot water? We...

"This place is hard to find especially at nite. Scary location. Sink is dirty and old. Towels are too cheap and old. No elevator that made it hard for older person to go up too. No toilet paper nor soap/shampoo. Hot water not working. "

In the shower, they have the smallest possible instant heat, it might work for a kitchen sink or a place to wash your hands, but the shower never gets better than lukewarm. "The front desk and restaurant staff were amazing. It is really nice to go to breakfast in the morning and be greeted with such a welcomeness. The property is duper quiet and safe, the pool is really big and clean, and you can walk to the mall. I truly enjoyed staying here and will make this property my choice when returning to Gensan."
