When me and my partner got to the property we couldn't get into the complex as the codes we were given didn't work for the gate and had to wait for someone else to let us in. Once in we couldn't find the apartment we were staying in and contacted the homeaway support team, they told us they would contact us in 15 minutes to give is the apartment number, an hour past by and we still hadn't had a phone call or text telling us. At this point we had been out in the sun for close to 2 hours (including our travel time) and it was high 20s making it very uncomfortable. In the end we contacted the actual owners as we were able to find their number and within 5 minutes it was sorted, and it took homeaway 4 hours to eventually contact us about it (was 6PM at this point and we got there at 2pm).
Apart from the check in process the apartment was really nice and very clean and theres a high chance we would stay here again if we visit Nottingham but we wont be booking through homeaway.
