"Amazing stay in Room 301! The view from the terrace overlooking the mountains was superb. The room was the largest we've ever stayed in, despite our many years of traveling and booking hotels around the world.
The breakfast was good, although the selection could be a little larger and offer more variety.
The staff were friendly and helpful, and the receptionist was especially professional and welcoming.
If we return to the Lucerne area in the future, this hotel will definitely be at the top of...
