"This property looks great from outside but it needs a full renovation badly. It felt like walking into a hotel in the early 90s. Carpets in the rooms are worn out and faded. Staff don’t show a lot of enthusiasm for what they do. Housekeeping was the worst. Upon arrival I noticed duvets were not very clean. A lot of hair on and in the duvet. I had to ask for them to be replaced. The shampoo and body wash container in the bathroom was empty throughout my stay. I travel with my own so didn’t need it but was waiting for housekeeping to noticed. I even tipped the cleaner one day hoping they’ll do a bit extra but no improvements. Although rooms were cleaned daily, staff did not change used glasses throughout the room even if they had wine from the day before. The casino, coffee shop, and location is all this property has going for it. "
