Ao chegarmos o quarto estava com lixo por tirar, copos sujos. Sala de jogos sem cadeiras, sem controle para tv. Café muito bom. Precisa de funcionários que vistam a camiseta.

Maravilhoso. Hotel excelente em todos os aspectos, funcionários muito simpáticos e atenciosos, limpeza, cama, banho, área externa, piscina, salão de jogos, cortesia de bicicletas para os hóspedes, café da manhã, enfim tudo foi perfeito, a cidade de Nova Veneza é linda e ficar no hotel Borbon foi a melhor escolha!

Confortable, pero básico.

Al hacer la reserva, no tomé nota por las fotos de que las habitaciones carecían de iluminación junto a la cama, y en general la iluminación de la habitación no era muy buena. El desayuno, bastante básico. Lugar con hermosas vistas. El restaurante funciona sólo hasta las 22.00 hs.

Boa hospedagem, café da manhã deixa a desejar

Gostamos do hotel de um modo geral. Localização muito boa, atendimento bem atencioso e conforto ok mas sem algo que mereça destaque. O que decepcionou foi o café da manhã, muito fraco , poucas opções e o que tinha não agradou muito. Pelo preço da diária e o fato de estar localizado numa cidade como Nova Veneza esperávamos mais.
