"The property was very clean, described exactly as listed, kitchen nicely updated, roomy, well decorated, in quiet area, and close to everything. The owners were fantastic! When I needed to adjust my date they helped accommodate me! When I checked in the battery to smoke detector was beeping and they had someone over within 20 minutes changing the batteries in the evening on New Year’s Eve. Jerome and Jess were wonderful hosts! I would recommend them and their property to everyone visiting Wilmington!"

"Kasa was the perfect place for me to stay on my recent trip to Wilmington. I needed 2 bedrooms for my mom and I, but didn't want to get 2 hotel rooms, so this was really the perfect solution. And not only was it super reasonably priced, and centrally located to everywhere I needed to go, it was also right on the Cross City Trail, so I could also go for a run every morning, which was an unexpected awesome bonus. The place itself was perfect, everything was clean and tidy, there were all the amenities you could want, including a suitcase stand and a hairdryer, and toiletries in the bathrooms! I also have to give a shoutout to customer service, because they were outstanding. They responded to every question I had immediately, even on Christmas Eve. When they texted to ask how my trip was going and I responded to complain about something completely unrelated to my stay with them, they responded quickly and kindly. So I really appreciated that they were actually human, and actually caring. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Wilmington, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great hotel-like experience, but in a cozy and clean and modern apartment. "

"Our experience has been easy from booking to check out. The appliances in kitchen are spot on. Bedrooms separated for privacy and the back porch easily accessible. We were able to park one car in the garage which gave us enough parking for three cars although we only needed two spaces. We discussed our next visit and this is definitely somewhere we would stay again. "

"We were only at the house a short period of time. The 2BR 1BA house was pretty much what I expected. It had all the items we needed for this trip. My group and I came to NC for a 2 Part trip. Part 1 being an MMA match that started around 5pm in Fayetteville. The match we were there to see didn't start until long after 8pm and it had very disappointing result to Justin's MMA Pro Debut. After the match, we arrived at the property after 10pm tired and sleepy. So Part 2 of our stay begins on Sunday morning in Wrightsville Beach, with an overnight before a fishing trip. The fishing trip was very successful catching Grey snapper, Black Seabass and several Grouper. The only item I noticed was a random hypodermic needle in the street behind my vehicle. I think it washed there by the rain. "
